Cheers Dave. It’s just a shame that the legacy has been tainted somewhat by the 2006-2013 years, because before that, and in the last couple of years, we’ve won trophies and he’s brought more happiness than sadness.

Like you I get sad that there are so many of our fan base who treat Le Professeur with such contempt.
I’m definitely no AKB and where I sit in the stadium there is a feeling that the Wenger years have run their course, but I can honestly say that for someone who has watched Arsenal though the dark days of the 70’s and 80’s I felt privileged to have witnessesed first hand some of the most beautiful and breathtaking football there is to see. For that I doff my hat to the manager and celebrate that point. Good post fellow Essex Gooner!
