If Arsene is to stay the Board of Directors must insist that his present team of first team coaches are replaced. Players eventually swith off listening to the same tactics and drills being repeated everyday and it certainly seems the players are currently not performing to their best. Sir Alex Ferguson always changed his coaching staff every few years so that repition did not become a problem and we could certainly do with a change. Our pre-match routines look very amateurish compared with the opposition drills and our pre -match shooting often reflects our shooting during the game. The goalkeeping warm-ups look more suitable to junior football than Premiership football and it seems that Steve Bould is only used to put out the cones - a bit like Pat Rice.
Everything at the moment is stale and needs refreshing but will the Board have the guts to implement the needed changes?
