Yesterday illustrated how far the team have slipped from going a long time unbeaten prior to the Man City and Everton games just before Christmas to what we are regularly watching now.
No matter what system we employ we always seem to be last to the second balls, our passing is extremely poor and there is no real discipline in our positioning as we are so vulnerable to the counter attack.
Change is essential because even in our last three winning games we have only just scraped through.
