					<description><![CDATA[When Abramovich turned up I didn&#039;t particularly like it. I suspect that&#039;s because I don&#039;t like Chelsea or their fans and they really didn&#039;t deserve the money.

But I&#039;ve grown to hate FFP with a passion. I agree 100% with the City fans. This is nothing to do with protecting football clubs. Look at Bury, look at Bolton. This is all about cementing the position of Bayern, Juve, Real and Barca. If FFP was actually a salary cap that meant the net spend of Man Utd was the same as Burnley, then I&#039;d be fine with that. But it isn&#039;t, so I&#039;m not.

I don&#039;t know the ins and out of the Man City case, but they are not a powerful club. Unless there is an obvious reason to overturn UEFA&#039;s ruling, CAS will uphold the decision.]]></description>
