Oh I think we need a midfielder too. And I do like the Wijnaldum rumours. He is well used to the PL and would slot right in, in place of the Swiss Misfit!

Longer term, I still would love us to sign Bissouma, Zakaria,, Neves.

In terms of strikers, I think we might have to wait until summer TBH. Unless we can get a loan signing?

In reply to Spike. We can’t offload Xhaka until we get two midfielders in I reckon. I do wonder if something happens in the summer but not now. Now we need one more body in for midfield. But defo a striker.

We should definitely reintegrate Auba, as long as he gas been contrite, apologised, etc. If he hasn’t then I fully back the clubs stance, regardless of whether get a striker.

This little break/warm weather training camp could be a massive help in getting the players back, fit and playing like they were only a few weeks back (without Auba).

In midfield, I still cannot cope with the notion of having Xhaka STILL at the club! Please gawd can we just fuck him off and drop him off at Roma airport???
