BTW, shouldn’t we be rebranding “115 Charges FC” as “114 Convictions FC”? They have been found guilty of the charges (subject to frivolous, time-wasting appeal). Only a matter of time now before they get what’s coming to them.

I rate Havertz as a footballer. Since 2 bad injuries his form has been intermittent. Before this he was a real workhorse and contributor to our nearly seasons and winners season. This is my worry about him now. I hope he can get his good form back, he knows the play of his teammates. There has been filth on social media, which is disgusting. You play for AFC, you deserve our support. I believe he will be scoring again.

Literally every game in the Premier League is tough now. Last season Wolves were for a long time candidates to finish with the lowest ever points total. We only just beat them at home via a late own goal and they came back from 2-0 down to draw at Molineux. Sunderland are bottom at the moment and yet playing at their ground feels like going to war.

We have to watch out for the fake Arsenal Sites and media sympathiser for a proven cheating ManCity.
I was not surprised to see “just Arsenal” website, trying to shift the blame from ManCity to the Premier League being at fault for the charges, and trying to equip ManCity fans with an argument against the 114charges by trying to compare the leniency that was shown against Chelsea just getting a fine some years ago for 74 charges.

I mean WTF, is “Just Arsenal” just another fake Arsenal Site supporting the Cheating ManCity and trying to sympathise by watering down the blame and giving them an argument by comparing Chelsea’s 74 charges?

To the writer of “just “Arsenal”. I am surprised where your loyalty belongs.
To compare Chelsea’s willing to cooperate 74 non profit related charges to ManCitys Fraudulent Profit declarations and fraudulent sponsers etc. etc..,
is like comparing someone charged with (1 count of Disorderly Conduct, 2 counts of shoplifting) COMPARED TO someone charged with (1 count of Armed Robbery and 2 counts of Murder). Both have 3 charges against them, but we know that it is not the number of charges but the seriousness of the individual offences. Just as an example of not to compare MC to Chelsea.
Not that I like Chelsea. So the 114 charges against ManCity was offences was individually much more serious than the lesser degree 74 charges that was penalized against Chelsea, which is why the case was taken on by the premier League and an independent adjudicator team rather than the FA in Chelsea’s situation.
Why would an Arsenal website “Just Arsenal” be watering down the ManCity charges by basically blaming the premier League for inconsistent behaviour against MC and wrongly comparing against chelseas lesser degree type charges. Which out for disloyal sites. Just my opinion, you can make your own.

Oh yeh, I almost forgot. Here is the MC sympathy article by “just Arsenal” found it on the ManCity newsnow website (surprise surprise) “https://www.justarsenal.com/opinion-manchester-city-arent-the-only-ones-with-questions-to-answer/423615”
I myself will avoid this site. It’s just my opinion, you can make your own.

I think there are a large chunk of City fans, who are saving face by taking a backs to the wall approach to backing their club, which I get, and you can here the tinge of betrayal in their voices. But I still see no outright anger at their owners. Their owners have shafted them for their own gratification. Why are the fans not raging at them? It’s the owners who have sullied their memories.

All in all, it is a very weird season, again. The Premier League really need to issue the sanctions sooner rather than later. This no mans land we are all in is doing no one any good.

They cannot be allowed to win the league this year. And they need punishment that fits the crime.

I think, given the scale of their cheating, the consequences have to be massive. Everton were deducted 8 points for two infringements. So City need to pay back 456 points or so. They should be demoted one way or another to the bottom rung of English football. Stripping them of all titles since they started cheating seems to me to go without saying. And there is no way them winning the title this year should ever be allowed to happen. That would be farcical. All in all, it has been very damaging for English football. And I would feel sorry for Man City fans if they had the nuts to protest about this when it all emerged. Not a peep from them. They deserve no sympathy.

Strip them of all titles since 2011, even the ones from seasons after the period these charges are for – they were won based on a foundation built illegitimately.
Huge points deduction (possibly even spread over several seasons), straight relegation or even strip them of their PL membership.
2 or 3 year transfer ban.
Huge fine.
But definitely also force the owners to sell up, they clearly no longer match PL club ownership criteria of fit and proper owners???

From the “ arsenal lens” point of view, I think we have to take note that Manchester City spent huge amounts in this summer’s transfer window, and the January window, no doubt thinking about the possibility of an impending transfer ban based on the 115 charges, so I absolutely do not think that if we retain the PL this year it is at all tainted in any way ,because city probably wouldn’t have over invested in players without the charges and it would be a fair and even playing field and a fairer task for us…..
