My whole thing about how we become so aware of transfers that by the time they actually happen, the joy of the signing isn't as joyous as the 'old days', also works for players leaving too. I've bleated on so much about Saliba lately that when it was confirmed by Arsenal and then on Marseille's [...]
I didn't watch the game against Hibs on Tuesday and so didn't actually manage to catch some individual performances. So the sight yesterday of a slightly rounder Willian on the pitch, with various pictures of him looking visibly chubbier as he faced off against the Scottish team, would be utterly hilarious, if it wasn't so [...]
Lots of ‘maybes’ going on right now. But do Arsenal have the money to get all the recent speculation on players done?
Bukayo Saka’s performances at Euro2020 could have knock on positive effects for Arsenal next season. Here’s hoping for it anyway.
Still worried about Aston Villa’s continuous bidding for Emile Smith Rowe. Hopefully Arsenal get that contract signed soon.

Morning folks. Hope you're well. Doing a little bit of R&R at The Management's Northumbrian-based family over the next week, so some of my usual ramblings might be a little later in release than usual as I sleep in. But I'll let you know if I see Joe Willock rock up in a hotel restaurant [...]
The Euro’s got back underway last night and I watched Wales get smashed up by an impressive Danish team and thought “Wales aren’t that good really, are they?” I don’t know whether it’s because they are one of the home nations, or because they’ve got the likes of Bale and Ramsey in their side, but [...]
Another fun few games in the Euro's yesterday, which was always good to watch as a neutral. I watched the second half of the Poland vs Sweden game and it had intensity, intrigue, plus a few goals to swing the momentum one way then the other. Then we had the France v Portugal game and [...]
Happy Monday folks, how you all doing? It was Father's Day in the UK and that meant three trips to various locations for me n The Management, which meant very little time for the watching of football, so I have little to say on the Euro's on this drab London morning. I did watch the [...]
