Morning folks. How are you guys doing? Are you still as frustrated as me with what happened over the weekend? I was so frustrated, in fact, that yesterday I just couldn't be arsed to write anything. Normally I'll always write a post-match blog, but I just couldn't be bothered with it. Why? Football is why. [...]
Happy Friday to you and your kin. I hope you are feeling fantabulous? More fantabulous than me no doubt, whose feline friend has discovered how to open does and so has taken to jumping on mine and The Management's bed at 5.30am in the morning to say 'hi'. But such is life, we just have [...]
Morning folks. Another Thursday rolls around. I swear these week's are just blending in to one. How are we coming up to a quarter of the way through the year already? I know we all want this current time of lockdown to get in the sea, but it does feel like you're wishing your life [...]
Morning folks and welcome to the middle of a non-Arsenal playing midweek. Isn't it just fascinating to see what unfolds in the media when there isn't some kind of mini crisis that is going on at The Arsenal, eh? After an impressive win against a team who are in the Champions League spots, there isn't [...]
Morning folks and welcome to Tuesday. Ahh, a full week in which Arteta can prep his team for Burnley, in which we can still feel the positive vibes from the win against Leicester, a week in which the grumpiness and vitriol online should be kept to a minimum. Or at least you'd hope. It is [...]
Happy Saturday folks. I don't know what it is that meant that I couldn't sleep first thing this morning, but I find myself up at 6.30am on a Saturday, and I can tell you I do not like that one bit. I think I must have had plenty on my mind because I've got a [...]
Oh Arsenal, you do make me age, quite significantly I can tell you. With just over an hour gone I had come to the grim acceptance that our season was effectively over before March had even begun. We were down 2-1 to Benfica, 3-2 on aggregate, needing another two goals in the game to put [...]
So here we are folks. This will either be the latest in a number of important match days for Mikel Arteta and his Arsenal team this season, or it will be the last meaningful match day for Arsenal, as we take on Olympiak......sorry....Benfica....in Athens to progress to the next stage of the Europa League and [...]
Today feels like it should be a good day. I've woken up to the sun shining here in London, birds tweeting, as well as a bit more of a clearer indication as to when some normality returns to life again in England. Yesterday the Prime Minister made his statement about when he thinks the country [...]
We had ourselves a video update from the manager yesterday ahead of the home game against Man City on Sunday and, as expected, Mikel Arteta was more than happy to wax lyrical about the team he was coach at just over a year ago. Of course all the way up there in Manchester we also [...]
