Morning Gooners. Happy Monday and all that jazz. We're hitting the critical countdown until the Europa League Now just a week and two days and we're at crunch time and I don't know about you, but this feels like it's the longest period of time I've ever had to wait for a football match, probably [...]
A quick one on Man City before I go in to the Arsenal spiel as usual today; their victory confirming the first ever domestic treble was certainly warranted. They are the best team this season by a mile and you have to respect the squad of players and Pep Guardiola for achieving the feat. However, [...]
Excuse me whilst I take a breath to sarcastically laugh at the UEFA statement in response to Arsenal's statement about the cup final in a week and a half's time. Hahahahahaha.....hahahaha....haha...ha....sigh... What an absolute joke that organisation are. "For UEFA, fans are a priority". No, they're really not. Perhaps that should have read slightly different: [...]
Happy Friday to you and your kin. With nowt on for at least another week and a half the speculation machine appears to be gathering momentum and already people are losing their sh*t because Club A is linked to Player B and for some Eason we aren't in the running. But to be honest with [...]
With the possibility looking that there's a paltry budget for Unai and the transfer team to play with, I thought I'd have a little think about who we could potentially get for the little amount of cash we're willing to part with this summer. That transfer kitty won't stretch very far as we all know, [...]
It's that time of the year again: David Ornstein's time. The BBC journalist's click through rate goes through the roof during transfer crazy season and it sounds like he's been wheeled out again, from some of the rumblings I've heard, not many of them good. I don't have any links because I think what he [...]
I hope that this morning when you woke up you hugged your children a little bit tighter than you usually do. Because unless Arsenal progress this evening against a Valencia side who fancy their chances up against our awful defence, then we're in a whole world of trouble, of biblical proportions. Last night's result means [...]
Looks like it's time to start booking in those caves in remote far-flung destinations of the word because if the Totts beat Ajax to the final tonight then it won't be a final I'll be wanting to watch or know the result of. I'm already on a personal social media lockdown after last night's capitulation [...]
So it appears as though we have Edu who might be joining us in the much publicised Technical Director role at Arsenal. Perhaps I'm a bit naive here but I thought he didn't want the job because he'd be too far from his family? If that's the case then heading over to Europe is hardly [...]
Well, yesterday was a total shambles, eh? Although there was an outside chance we might be able to qualify for Champions League yesterday, those Arsenal players contrived to blow it, picking up just one point against a Brighton team who literally had nothing to play for, had probably spent the night partying and would have [...]
